SHIPPING

Delivery times are provided as an estimate only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, the return and re-shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

A tracking number will be available to follow the shipment of your order.

For deliveries to a pickup point, the recipient or buyer must comply with the pickup conditions. If these conditions are not met, return and re-shipping costs will be charged to the recipient or buyer.


RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging. You have 30 days to request a return and refund.

To initiate a return, please email us via the Contact page or directly at contact@littorelle.com, providing your order number and reason for return. We will then inform you of the return procedures (packaging, etc.).

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Certain situations may result in a partial refund, including:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing accessories
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at contact@littorelle.com, and we will provide the return address and exchange instructions.


RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are non-refundable.

For returns valued over €50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or incomplete return shipments.
